Lots of times one might want to enable directory listing on Apache. One should understand the security implications, and use it only when necessary. I would question anytime that this is used on the internet.
Also, I wanted to modify the visual aspects of the directory listing.

Does anyone remember it? There are many replacements, but some apps change slowly and use it's "protocols". Try these settings:
URL: gnudb.gnudb.org/~cddb/cddb.cgi
Port: 80
Use HTTP
Proxy Server: proxy.gnudb.org
Proxy Port: 3128
Google does not gaurentee any of the "flags" settings below; they may disappear, reappear or just not do what you expect. 🤔🙄

Self-hosting comes and goes; use it when it makes sense. For playing music, I like Navidrome (https://www.navidrome.org/). As of 2025, it'll run on a Raspberry Pi 2. Just don't expect to run anything else. Oh, and be prepared to wait a loooong time for the first indexing if your collection is large.
